Basically donuts are hard to come by for a vegan these days- well not that hard I suppose in my area, as other places I'm sure are way more difficult. I actually got the idea from the original recipe from Ohsheglows.com - website. Pretty much my inspiration, for ever creating my own website right there, to be honest. so I highly recommend to take a look at her beautiful website, out of respect. :)
so here we go.
altered fonut recipe.
which by the way 'fonuts' is an actual bakery here in L.a. that bakes their donuts as opposed to frying them. so awesome.
they only have a few vegan options- the rest are all regular for all the 'regular' folk. but for me- making a pumpkin spice chocolate chip chia fonut was awesome! thanks to my sister for giving me a donut pan for christmas, thanks sista!
