In the words of Barney from "How I Met Your Mother".....Challenge Accepted ;)
If I have any avid watchers out there! Love that show.
But on to the real story- the challenge. So last week I created this challenge on my facebook Self Love page-- and I'm so excited with the outcome! So many people participating! Its awesome- very motivational.
But it'd be nice if there were more people involved, like yourself.
Basically everyday you just post what you did for a workout- if anything that day- or just read what others did. Either way- it gets you going. and it's awesome! Try it out people. Liking my FB site page is free as well as working out is free also. :D
so here is the link to join the challenge. if your ready.... that is. ;]

also- no bake recipe. Come on! I wouldn't leave you without an awesome sweet and chocolatey recipe before valentine's day! i love u guys! so here it is...
- my RAW cacao truffles of Love<3
some with hemp seeds, some plain and some with coconut
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup almonds
2 oz. cacao powder
blend in food processor
now add a little water. something like a little less than a 1/4 cup. But it's really just texture. It should be dry in the beginning-water makes it moist, you want it to be one big clump in your food processor, so you can pick pieces off and just roll that bad boy in your palm into a ball!
theirs basically no excusse NOT to make these for your honey bun -or sos. or yourself!
I made 22 average size balls. you can make them bigger or smaller, whatever you'd like.
My cacao truffles of love have per truffle.
63 calories
3 g protein
2 g fiber
happy valentine's day sweeties!
-if you like me and or my website and what i do- become a 'fan' of my facebook page thats just like this.
