This One Goes Out To The One I Love.

My sweet love, aka Goat Cheese. I admit I am somewhat of a goat cheese addict. Well, that and my other love Cayenne pepper. Together their also amazing. I put goat cheese on a lot of things. It spices up and ole flavor. Same with Cayenne- that really goes on anything for me, I might as well carry a bottle in purse. I suppose I don't put it in my coffee, or well- my sweet food either. But still. I use it alot. Thats not an understatement for sure. So what is goat cheese good on? Whats it good for? you may ask. Well for me- cheese somewhat upsets my stomach. This one, because it is made out of goats milk, doesn't. Which is a perk for me. Although before knowing any of this, I had already fell in love, because of the taste. It can go on pizza, eggs, rice, pasta, wrapped in prosciutto. Whatever you heart may desire.... goat cheese can go there. Cayenne pepper also- can go on anything you'd like. For me - anythinggggg. ;) The also good thing about cayenne pepper that I did not know until after I had fallen in love, is it revs up the ole metabolism you got there. So get to liking that spicy stuff! It's all actually good for your metabolism. Yes 'all', meaning The Chili, in general, all helps you vroom vroom that metabolism right up.

For me- a simple healthy breakfast is : picture below
1 veggie sausage
egg whites mixed with spinach and cayenne of course.
whole wheat english muffin

=[this breakfast is healthy because your already getting a 1/2 serving of veggies at the start of your day,
egg whites- because eggs- 1 egg is enough cholestrol for the entire day -there fore zero cholestrol. and of course your english muffin is no other than whole wheat. (make sure you read the ingredients and that there is no 'enriched' flour in it.-whole wheat automatically has more fiber, and fiber helps you stay fuller longer and also helps your digestive system:)]

And for lunch, or dinner too. Heres a random dinner I had one night where I decided to add goat cheese to the mix.

This is :
1 quorn chicken cutlet
broccoli, spinach and kale (steamed)
goat cheese <3
brown rice
