Kale

It's whats for dinner.

If I could change the motto to say that, you know I would. But this is not what this post will be about, although I do love kale more than any other green vegetable, asparagus a close 2nd place. ;)
So guys, listen up! Good news, good news. I've got a plan! And well, thats far from the other things I've had recently. And coming from a capricorn herself, having a plan is a very happy time, indeed. :)
I can't tell you how much I've been procrastinating this summer. SO MUCH so. It's kinda out of hand. And amongst other mottos I have, one of the main ones is, 'If you don't like something, change it." How easy right? I think thats why I love those words so much, cause it's so simple. If you are doing something you don't like, then change it! There is always, always, always, a way out of whatever you are in. That I promise you. If you don't believe me, please do. ;) Cause I'm a walking, talking, loving, smiling example. Minus all the procrastination this summer, but hey! I'm not pouting about it. I'm doing something about it. Which is all we can do. Sitting there stuck on something, well, you're only wasting your days hunny! Get on up out of that chair and do something. Whatever it is your craving, go get it.
I love when you want something so badly you'll do anything for it. Thats passion right there, I love that feeling. I love seeing other people with that feeling, no matter what it is their seeking. I just love seeing people have passion, and love for something, that it hurts. Those are the things that fill our souls. Those things we need everyday.
For me, yeesh. It's lots of things. But I make sure to have them in my life daily, even if only for a moment. To name a few, it's creating food, enjoying amazing food that I did not make, colors and beauty of natural food. Colors of the world. The breeze of life when it blows in your face. Music of all kinds, songs with lyrics that make me want to cry because they reign so true to me, or I hear the passion in the singers voice although I don't relate at all to what their saying- still love the song and admire it for its passion and beauty. And lately, going somewhere unknown. Going on an adventure to see something I've never seen before.

I'm not a girl who likes to stay in one place. I know this. And I know now when I get grumpy or grouchy, it's probably cause I haven't seen a beautiful landscape with no city in it. or felt distant from civilization. These are things I love. I also have decided to quit my gym membership and make a plan. What this little ole' blog post is all about! For me, I'm not happy working out on a cardio machine inside a box. I like to be outside. Yes I know it's hot. But I'm also either available to workout in the morning or afternoon. Knowing my schedule, I can work around that and be outside to work out one of those times. No excuses. I've decided to use what is around me. And utilize what is right out side. Instead of paying a lot of money for a gym I don't necessarily love going to. So I will be doing my outside 'plan' 6 x a week. and enjoying every minute of it!

So my plan is to walk to my nearby park, walk around it 3 x then walk around this neighborhood and to this secret large stair case, and walk up and down it 9-10 x. Then walk back to my house. On the way to and back from the park, and that stair case is a very large hill might I add! It usually takes my breath a way right from the start. I'm blessed with these out door free natural amenities. By the way this awesome plan I've created is about 7 miles! Ahhh yeah! Extra proud! Today was day 1. What will you use outside your doors?
-Whats your passion?

I'd love to hear some responses. And also if you ever like me to write about anything, give tips, whatever it may be, please let me know. I'd love to help!

Love
