things that make me happy.

- soy lattes from starbucks, with any kind of yummy sweetener in it. current infatuation- mocha.

-Magazines. such as Shape.

- vegan cafes, - my favorite, Native Foods.

- chia seeds, and other super healthy things I have discovered.

-the beach, especially Venice <3

- unique art, and other eclectic findings that are unusual and one of a kind.

-photographs . especially polaroids.

-my new glasses.

-me. and my struggle and journey to love myself.

chia seeds are really great for you. this is just a pack of nature's path oatmeal, i added 2 tbsp of chia seeds. and gave it that much more goodness! :] 270 cal, with 10 g of fiber. and tons of omegas, compliments of the chia seeds, thank you chia seeds!
