winning.

green trek. yes indeed. but sometimes i have to eat double greens one day cause i didnt really eat them the day before. 20 servings in one day- equals out to 10 for 2 days. not lying there! :/ just gets hard sometimes. but I'm doing it! Also working out gets hard too. the actual doing it part....
but i got to.

so i decided today- for lunch break i'll walk outside for my 30 min.
and then walk for 30 min when ig et off since it'll almost be late. then do my yoga video which is about an hour long. i also gotta drink a green smoothie...eat a green bar... have a salad with only greens. to reach my 20 servings today. gotta do it though! <3
